The Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium’s Executive Pilot Award is given to an individual who has made an important contribution to Oklahoma Ethics and who navigates life by displaying the organization’s Guiding Principles.

The Executive Pilot will have a history of the following:

• Demonstrating responsibility to self and others through service, collaboration and respect.
• Leading with integrity by being dependable, taking initiative, showing honor to others and having courage.
• Inspiring trust in others within his or her organization as well as the community at large.
• Making important contributions to OK Ethics (preferred for selection, but not required)
