Recommended for 1 CPE in Ethics at the basic level.

The program is suitable at the basic level for individuals who have routine interactions with others that could potentially lead to contentious conversations. OK Ethics makes no guarantees as it is up to the individual practitioner to determine relevance to their specific area of practice.

About the Program:

In this talk, Dr. Morgan discusses the four ethical lenses and helps you determine which way you view your own ethical framework. In each lens she gives examples, and tips for working with those colleagues who see the world this way. Finally, she leaves with three strategies for building your own ethical framework.

Key Takeaways:

1. The four ethical lenses

2. How to work with (and understand) your colleagues who use a different lens

3. Three strategies for building (and communicating) your personal ethical framework
